This is a virtual wardrobe edit and online personal shopping service conducted with clients in the UK, USA, or Canada.

Within 24 hours of purchasing your package, you'll receive an email from me inviting you to activate an account inside my client portal.

Inside my portal, you'll find everything you need to get started: my client questionnaire, instructions for taking photos of your face and shape, and a number of other useful resources and tips to help us work together. You can also schedule your start date inside my portal.

On your start date, we will have a 20-minute pre-session Zoom call to review the questionnaire, address any questions, and discuss how to set up for the call (phone/laptop placement etc…).

A few days after the pre-session call, we meet (via Zoom) for the 2-hour virtual wardrobe edit.

After the wardrobe edit, I pull together a collaborative pre-selection board illustrating the look I'm thinking of for your collection. When you're happy with that, you sit back, relax, and leave me to source the perfect pieces for your collection.

3-5 days later, your collection lands in your virtual closet app, ready to shop at your own pace. You'll have everything you need to buy with confidence — direct purchase links, size recommendations, and a full set of outfit combinations integrating your new pieces with what you already own. I'll stay close as items arrive, offering feedback and sourcing alternatives where needed.

Both services include online personal shopping; the key difference is what happens beforehand.

The online shopping service moves straight into sourcing your new collection. The virtual wardrobe edit and online shop starts with a two-hour edit of your existing wardrobe first, so we understand exactly what's working, what isn't, and what genuinely needs to be added before we source a single new piece.

Most clients find the edit makes the shopping significantly more targeted and effective.

Not necessarily. If your closet is in reasonable shape, you've already done some editing, or you have a clear sense of what's missing, you're ready to go straight into the online shopping. The same goes if you're essentially starting from scratch; whether that's due to a significant weight change, a lifestyle shift, or a wardrobe that's simply run its course...because there's nothing to edit first.

A wardrobe edit first makes sense if your closet feels chaotic or overwhelming, you're not sure what's actually missing, or what’s working, or you want every new piece to integrate as seamlessly as possible with what you already own.

There's some prep work involved before we dive in, but don't let that put you off, because most clients find it genuinely enjoyable and surprisingly insightful!

You'll fill in a comprehensive questionnaire, take a few measurements, and share some photos so I can get a clear picture of your shape and coloring. You'll also get a private Pinterest board to pin looks and outfits that appeal to you; which is a great exercise in itself, because it often helps you get much clearer on what you actually want to look like (even if you weren't sure before you started).

Then, before I source a single item, I'll create a pre-selection board for you to review - we can do this in person via Zoom, or you can go through it in your own time. This is the part most clients love, it's where you start to see your new wardrobe taking shape, and it's your chance to steer the direction before I begin.

All of this prep exists for good reason: the more I understand you and your style, the better your collection will be. Clients who invest time in the prep work consistently get the strongest results, and most tell me the process itself was well worth doing.

Your virtual closet app includes a dedicated outfits section where I show you exactly how to put outfits together using your new collection.

You'll have dozens of curated outfit combinations to work with, and if you have favorite pieces in your current wardrobe, these can be included too, so you can easily integrate your new pieces with what you already own.

You can simply open your app each morning and decide what to wear in a matter of seconds!  No more decision fatigue, just easy, fun dressing!

Yes, part of my online shopping process is to conduct a body shape analysis - you’ll learn your true body shape (which is typically a combination of a couple of body types), and I’ll chat through your proportions and unique characteristics so you understand what clothing styles work best for you and why.

When it comes to the collection, I'll explain why I've chosen each item, so you'll come away with a clear sense of what works for your shape and which brands and stores suit you best.

Absolutely. You set the budget, and it's my job to spend it wisely, sourcing what you need without pushing you to spend more. I actively look for offers and discount codes, and I prioritize versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched to create as many outfits as possible, so every pound or dollar works harder for you.

The service fee covers my time and expertise only, so you'll need a separate clothing budget. From experience, a minimum of around $1,800–$2,500 gives us enough to build a cohesive, versatile collection that genuinely transforms your wardrobe. Below that, the results tend to feel more limited. That said, we'll always work with what you have and make it count.

If any items I've sourced for you sell out within 48 hours of you receiving your virtual closet, I'll source you an alternative at no extra charge.

No, the fee covers my services only. This is not a subscription service like Stitch Fix. You'll need a separate clothing budget, which you'll use to purchase items directly via your digital virtual closet.

As a guide, I recommend a minimum clothing budget of around $1,800–$2,500.

Not at all. I've made this as simple and user-friendly as possible. You just need a phone. The questionnaire can be filled in directly on your phone, we can communicate via email or a messaging service like WhatsApp, and your virtual closet is digital and can be viewed on your phone.

I won't start sourcing your collection until you're happy that I understand the look you want.

After 20 years of sourcing collections, I have a solid process in place: there's a comprehensive questionnaire, a private Pinterest board for you to pin your favorite looks to, and a pre-selection direction board I create before sourcing begins, so you can see exactly the direction I'm planning to take before I recommend you buy a single thing.

We don't move forward until you're confident I've got it right.
